Under Profile → Display you adjust personal display settings. Enable the options you want via the checkboxes.
- Count all open tasks – show the total number of all open tasks in the sidebar badge, including those not visible in the current board view.
- Disable automatic refresh – do not reload the page automatically when other users make changes; manual refresh still works.
- Disable hover preview – prevents the document preview from opening automatically when hovering over a task; clicking the preview icon still works.
- Show date and time in file attachments – instead of the relative time (e.g. "2 hours ago"), show the exact date and time.
Size of the file preview
When you hover over a file's eye icon in the attachments, Aktenplatz shows a small preview. How large it appears is up to you – 1x is the default size.
On large screens a higher value pays off, because the preview alone then tells you which document you are looking at, without opening it.
