The audit log records security- and compliance-relevant activity in a project – the basis for traceability and audit-proof documentation. You find it in the project settings under Security → Audit Log.

The audit log with time-range selector and event filters

Choose a time range

At the top you set the time range: 24h, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. The log then shows only events from that span.

Filter by event type

The filter buttons let you show specific activities only, among them:

  • Last sign-in, Account & MFA changes – access and security settings
  • Downloads, Uploads, Deletions, Bulk actions – file activity
  • Permission changes, Permission requests, Status changes, Issue review
  • Mail import, SOAP services, OneDrive, SharePoint – interfaces and sync
  • Object-lock replications, S3 access logs, S3 copy logs – storage and audit safety
  • Errors and security incidents

All activities clears the filter again.

Export

CSV exports the displayed entries for archiving or review. File log additionally shows file-related activity.

File changes

Next to All activity and File log there is a File changes tab. It shows only what happened to files – with Date, Action, File, User and Origin.

The “File changes” tab in the audit log with the action and origin filters
  • Action: filters for created, renamed, moved, deleted, restored or permanently deleted.
  • Origin: filters by the route the change came through – for example web interface, mobile app, customer portal, document request, mail import or folder sync.
  • Path/ID search: takes you straight to a particular file.

Like the other views, this tab can be exported as CSV.
