With the DATEV Unternehmen Online integration, Aktenplatz submits documents automatically by email to DATEV Unternehmen Online – controlled per task type.
How to set it up
In the project, open Project settings (gear) → Interfaces → Apps and click the Datev Unternehmen Online tile. For each task type define whether and how often documents are submitted (daily, weekly, monthly or disabled). Per task type you set:
- the recipient email (the DATEV Unternehmen Online address),
- an optional custom-field filter,
- an earliest due date.
With Run Datev mail you trigger the send immediately. The send log shows which documents were submitted and when.
