The DocuSign integration lets you sign documents electronically directly from Aktenplatz.
How to set it up
In the project, open Project settings (gear) → Interfaces → Apps and click the DocuSign tile. Enable the Activate DocuSign toggle and choose the connection type:
- Shared app (default) – the simplest way, without your own DocuSign developer account.
- Own app – developer key (JWT) – to connect via your own DocuSign app.
Click Connect with DocuSign and sign in to DocuSign to establish the connection. The status then changes from "Not connected" to connected.
