Aktenplatz helps you avoid duplicate documents. During processing and assignment, the duplicate check verifies whether a file already exists.
Document duplicates
If a document already exists in the target project, the note "Duplicate document found" appears with "This document already exists in the target project. Click to open". In the duplicate check you can select several hits at once (Select all) and use Delete selected. If there is nothing to clean up, Aktenplatz reports "No more duplicates."
Case files with the same title
Aktenplatz also finds case files with an identical title. If there are none, it shows "No duplicate file cards found".
