Manage your profile, sign-in and security, notifications, language, time-tracking defaults and WebDAV access.
Sign-in & security
- Sign in by e-mail – login via one-time password (OTP) or authenticator app (MFA).
- Register – create an account with e-mail (no credit card), first project created automatically.
- Manage MFA – enable, edit or disable multi-factor authentication.
- Update password – set a new password (for Keycloak accounts via login security).
Profile & account
- Edit profile – name, profile picture/colour, personnel number and description template.
- Change e-mail address – confirm a new address via confirmation mail.
- Deactivate/reactivate & delete account – each with confirmation.
- Choose a label printer – select the connected printer of the printer station.
- Choose language – switch the interface between German and English.
Notifications
- Channels per category – enable e-mail and/or push per notification type.
- Daily reports & test – daily e-mail on open tasks, send a test notification.
- Manage devices – register and remove push-capable devices.
Time tracking & WebDAV
- Time-tracking defaults – set weekly hours, working days, holiday days and start dates.
- WebDAV access – create/revoke app passwords and configure visible projects.
- Display & mobile – auto refresh, hover preview and mobile view mode.
