Further user profile settings

At the bottom of your profile you will find some additional settings that you can activate and deactivate by clicking on the corresponding box:

1. activating the 7-day week makes sense if you also work on the weekend. Your time tracking table will be adjusted accordingly to Monday to Sunday instead of Monday to Friday.  

2. only count weekly hours means that only the hours you have actually worked are displayed and not your target working hours.

3. if you count all open tasks, all open tasks will appear in the top right corner of your board view and not just those that are due today:

4. when you have Aktenplatz open in one tab but have been working in another one for a while, Aktenplatz will automatically refresh as soon as you return. This may take a second. You can deactivate the function with a click in the box and update the tab manually if preferred.

5. the automatic time recorder asks you every time you log in whether you want to record your working time. So you no longer have to remember to start your time log yourself.

6. if you activate the issue assignment, Aktenplatz will ask you which project you have been working on as soon as you stop your time log, and register your working time accordingly.

7. tick this last box if you only use Aktenplatz for time recording and do not want to be distracted by the other functions.
