If you already have a contact list, you do not need to enter it manually – Aktenplatz can import CSV to create contacts. The import runs in two steps.

The CSV contact import with the „Review“ and „Import“ steps

1. Review

Open Import Contacts and stay on the Review tab. Choose your file via Select CSV file. Aktenplatz adjusts the format; the adjusted file is then available for download.

2. Import

Switch to the Import tab and re-upload the adjusted file there. After the import Aktenplatz confirms with „Contacts imported“.

Make sure your CSV columns match the contact fields (e.g. name, company, address, phone) so the data is imported correctly.
