The Lexware export bundles every document of a task type into a ZIP package, together with an index.csv your tax advisor can import straight into Lexware. So nothing is booked twice, Aktenplatz remembers what it has handed over: each task is exported only once.
The export needs no credentials — there is nothing to connect. You create the package in Aktenplatz and pass the file on yourself.
Where to find it
Open Project settings (gear) → Interfaces → Apps and click Lexware export.
Creating a package
- Pick a task type: use the drop-down to choose which task type to export — or leave it on All task types.
- Check the scope: next to it you see how many tasks with how many documents are currently ready. Tasks exported earlier are no longer counted.
- Create export: one click builds the ZIP package. Then use Download to save it to your computer.
If there is nothing left to export, Aktenplatz says so explicitly — every task has already been covered.
Skipped tasks
Tasks that could not be exported are skipped and stay queued for the next export. Aktenplatz names the reason, for example no documents attached, documents could not be loaded or error while processing. Fix the cause and simply export again.
The export log
Below the export, the export log lists every task already exported — with Exported at, Task type, Title, the number of Documents, the Package and Exported by. Filter by task type or date range, or search by title or package, to find a particular run again.
If a task should go out once more, click Export again in its row — it is then included in the next export.
