In the PDF viewer you rename a file directly and open its history – without leaving the viewer.
Rename the file
Click the pencil icon next to the file name at the top, change the name and confirm with Enter. On success Aktenplatz reports "File has been successfully renamed". The file extension cannot be changed (note: "File extension cannot be changed").
History: versions & annotations
Use More in the toolbar to open the History. It shows, in tabs, the file's versions and the annotation history – all changes to comments, stamps and markups. If there are none yet, it shows "No annotation changes yet."
