Events that repeat regularly are created as a recurring event instead of entering each occurrence separately.
Set the repetition
When creating an event, enable Repeat event. Use Repeat every … to set the rhythm and the series start and series end to define the period of the series. Optionally an event can also be repeated for every case file.
Single occurrence or whole series
When you edit or delete an event that belongs to a series, Aktenplatz asks whether the change should affect only this occurrence or everything in the series. This lets you adjust a single moved occurrence without changing the rest of the series.
Note: recurring events that originate from Outlook are managed in Outlook.
