A project's files area offers search across your documents and lets you switch between folder and list view.

Search with AND/OR

Type your search terms into the search box at the top. The hint "Search: space = AND, comma = OR" shows the logic:

  • Space = AND – all terms must appear (narrows down).
  • Comma = OR – any one of the terms is enough (widens).

For example, invoice 2024 finds files containing both words, and invoice, quote finds files with either one.

Switch view & sort

At the top right, the two icons switch between Tree View (folder structure) and List View (a flat list of all files). Use Sort to order the files and Move to move selected files into another folder.
