In the Notification Center you decide, per category, whether and how you are notified – by email and/or mobile app. Open your profile and choose Notification Center on the left.
Direct notifications
These are triggered as soon as the action happens. For each event, enable the channels you want (Email, Mobile app) and optionally a delay in minutes. There are two groups:
- Activity feed: comments, file comments, other activity.
- Tasks and requests: new task assigned to me, duplicated task, new or updated file access request, and reviews (invitation and result).
Daily reports
Summarised overviews sent once a day – e.g. Open tasks. Choose the channels here too.
Registered devices
Here you see the devices you are logged in on and can receive push notifications. A device is registered by signing in on the mobile app.
Test notification
Send yourself a test notification: choose a category and channel and click Send test. The settings above are ignored for this.
In-app notifications
The in-app notifications section controls the short pop-ups that appear at the bottom right of the browser while you work in Aktenplatz.
- New tasks: a hint when a task is assigned to you.
- New mails: a hint with a preview when a new mail arrives in a project.
Both switches only affect these pop-ups. Whether you additionally receive an email or a mobile notification is still set in the table above.
