The SharePoint/Teams sync synchronises the project’s global files bidirectionally with a folder in SharePoint or Microsoft Teams (Teams files are technically stored in SharePoint).
Requirement
As with the OneDrive sync, the project’s existing Microsoft 365 connection is used. If it is not set up yet, connect Microsoft 365 first under Office synchronisation.
How to set it up
In the project, open Project settings (gear) → Interfaces → Apps and click the SharePoint / Teams tile. Click Add sync target and choose the SharePoint/Teams folder.
For a one-time import (instead of continuous sync) there is also the Teams import.
