How to set it up

In the project, open Project settings (gear) → Interfaces → Apps and, under Custom Soap Services, click Add Soap service. Enter the connection details:

  • Name and URL of the service,
  • username and password (authentication),
  • service type (SOAP or JSON), request type and, if needed, service input payload, content type and custom headers,
  • the "Repeat for each record" option and the processing interval.

Field mapping

On the Mapping tab you map the fields of the response to your project fields so the data is pulled into your records automatically.
