Every project offers several views of the same files. Using the toolbar at the top you can switch between them at any time – depending on how you want to work.
Switch the view
Click one of the view icons in the toolbar at the top.
Board
The Kanban view: your files in coloured trays (columns) that you can move by drag & drop.
Table
All files as a sortable table with configurable columns – including your own custom fields.
Calendar
Appointments and events generated from file fields in a calendar view (month, week, day, agenda).
Files
The project-wide file browser (global files) – as a tree or a list.
Mails
The e-mails assigned to the project, with preview, search and filters.
