On a case file you can add your own web tabs – tabs that embed an external website directly in the case. This keeps a portal, a form or a reference page right at the case at all times.
Add a tab
On the case, choose Add More Tab and enter the desired URL. The page is shown as an embedded tab. Use Add More Tab again to add as many as you like.
Open & remove
With Open in New Tab you open the page outside the embed; the more-actions menu lets you delete a tab again. If no address is set, the note "Empty URL" appears.
