In Aktenplatz you can define main and sub files, meaning you can sort files into files. In the project settings you define default main file cards: every newly created file is then automatically added as a sub file under all the main file cards listed here – ideal for a central collector or master file.
1. Open the main-file-card settings
Open the project settings via the gear icon and click Main File Cards under Records on the left. Click Add Main File Card.
2. Select a file
The Select Main File Card window opens. Choose the desired file from the list or search for it directly via Search File Card. Click on it and confirm that you want to add it as a main file card.
3. Use the main file card
The file now appears in the list of main file cards. When you open a main file card, you can use the Sub Issues tab to view the associated files or add more.
