Move global files to issues

If you want to move global files to specific issues, such as a customer file, you can easily do so as follows: 

1. Open the global files by clicking on the  symbol: 

 

2. Select the file or folder you want to move and then click Move Files.

 

3. Select the issue that you want to move the files to and click Move.

 

4. The folder now appears in the customer file’s attachments:
