Some files are relevant for a whole project and cannot be assigned to a single file card. The project-wide Global Files area exists for exactly these files.

1. Open the global files

Open the project and click the files icon (folder) in the top bar.

2. Upload files

Click Upload and choose the files from your device – or simply drag & drop them into the highlighted area at the bottom.

3. Sort into folders

To stay organized, you can sort the files into folders and subfolders. Click Folder, choose a name and save. Inside a folder, use Folder again to add subfolders.

You can assign global files to a concrete file card at any time later.
