If you regularly want to search a file's mails for certain terms, fast filters help. These are predefined search terms – e.g. “registration”, “enquiry” or “application” – that you select with one click in the mail view to show only the matching mails.

1. Create a fast filter

Open the Project Settings (gear) → Interfaces → Mail and expand the Mail Assignments section. At the bottom you'll find the Fast Filters area (“Predefined filters that can be quickly selected in the mail view”).

Click the Enter default text field, type your search term (e.g. “order”) and click Save changes. You can store several terms.

2. Apply a fast filter

Open a file and switch to the Mail tab. Your fast filters appear there as clickable buttons. There are also the built-in Hidden and Pinned filters. Clicking a filter shows only the mails that contain the term or match the filter.
