You can delete your Aktenplatz account or temporarily deactivate it and reactivate it again later.

Delete your account

If you want to delete your account permanently, click the trash icon in the top-right corner of your user profile.

A confirmation prompt “Are you sure you want to delete your account?” appears. Confirm with Yes to delete your profile, or cancel with No.

Note: deletion is permanent. If you only want to pause your data, deactivate your account instead (see below).

Deactivate and reactivate your account

Move the AccountEnabled slider at the top of your user profile by clicking on it. You will be asked to confirm this step.

Your account is now deactivated – you can only access your profile, not the projects. To reactivate your account, simply click the slider again.
